About me
I’m a product designer based in Bangalore with 9+ years of experience designing enterprise and consumer products across telecom, healthcare, and digital platforms. Currently at BT Group, I work on My Account Global, a unified platform that helps customers manage services, track cases, and access support more easily.
Previously, I designed the configure, price, and quote (CPQ) platform at BT, simplifying how businesses configure and order enterprise network services. Earlier, I worked at Apollo 24|7 designing healthcare experiences like patient health records, symptom checker, and app personalization, and before that at YourStory designing digital products and experiences across the platform.
